I have been taking this Ashwangdha for the last year, I honestly feel that it makes a difference. I often felt overwhelmed and on edge at times, but these make me feel at ease. I feel calmer and I can put it down to the ashwaganda. They are a small pill size and easy to swallow without any nasty residual taste. I think they are great value for money.

I love this stuff. Before taking this nightly, I used to wake several times at night and found it hard to switch off. After taking this for 1 month I started to notice a huge difference. I've been taking this for a while now, and always sleep through and have no trouble drifting off. Great quality, no bad taste and easy to swallow.

I take these before bed and I do think they have help to improve the quality of my sleep.

We have tried a few different brands of Ashwagandha now and this is the best one we have found so far. We use it to alleviate anxiety. We recently travelled, other half is a nervous flyer and it worked so well to prepare him.

Doesn't work for me and it causes abit of stomach upset .
