Incredible washing machine compared to my last one that shook my entire apartment on a 1200 spin, this is 1400 and it's so quiet and steady, the clothes come out almost dry which is a blessing and they take a short time to dry outside or on a rack inside which is a huge win when I don't use a hot dryer or radiators to dry them saving electric bills. Top marks

The way of choosing the wash is now different but very clever how it puts your most used washes at the beginning of the choices. Easy to use to choose your wash.Easy to add bubblewash, pre-wash etcWashes well although I do find the cycle is a bit longer than with my old machine but think it takes less water!! Really good seeing how much longer the wash is going to take - find this really helpful.It is quieter and the whites really do come out white!! I am sure it does a better job than my old machine!!I would certainly recommend it.Delivery was really good the delivery people were polite, helpful and very pleasant.

We have had this machine about 4 months now. We did purchase a more expensive washer but had issues with it. This Samsung was the replacement for £100 cheaper and as can be expected with their products its excellent. Its quiet, easy to use and alters the position of tyoes of wash depending on how much you use them i.e frequently used settings become 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the cycles. It wrings the clothes dryer from a spin cycle speeding up the drying process. It makes a tune at the end of the cycle to tell you its completed and has delay wash settings as well as numerous other functions. The add to wash feature allows you add items during the cycle but we havent used that very much but is handy. It is phone connectable however we dont really use this funtion, but im sure there would be a notification to tell you the wash is done. All in all really pleased. Well done Samsung.

This machine washes well and the auto dose feature is good and the controls easy to use.The machine is very noisy on spin, especially when there is a medium amount of clothes in it. If it is fully loaded or nearly empty, the noise level acceptable.I have been dealing with Samsung for the last few months to sort it out, They are hard work.Firstly they sent an engineer out who said all the bolts inside were loose, he then changed the drum dampers, I didn't think it would change things, and it didn't. To me it looks like the drum is running out of true.I then had to stream video their technical department, the machine was empty and of course the noise wasn't too bad.Amazingly, they then advised me to make sure that the laundry was laid into the machine flat and level, I wonder where Samsung get their boffins from to dream that one up?This machine is noisier than the 10 year old Zanussi it replaced. I've started buying Bosch appliances, I bought this for the 5 year warranty, as this seems to be meaningless I now regret buying Samsung. I think they should stick with making phones and tablets and leave the big appliances to the more established brands. Don't buy a Samsung - you will regret it.Update on this pile of junk.After 6 months, the softener dispenser, set on low, started going through a bottle every 2 weeks, so I have to cut short the cycle and add an extra rinse at the end if I want softener in the wash.Now the detergent auto despenser has packed up, so we now have to add that manually too.I'm not sure I can handle another few sensions with the Samsung warranty department and their half-wit repairmen. So I'm at a point of getting shot of it and buying a Bosch.

You definitely get what you pay for and this is the best washing machine we’ve had! It plays a little tune when it’s finished which leaves you thinking of a 99 or choc ice! Worth the money and paid for the install / removal! Connects to your phone so can add additional cycles like “Spin only” which helps before drying!

Had our last Samsung eco bubble for ten years.... Yes ten years and it was superb.Only needed a new door release latch as original one broke after 8 years.Cannot complain about that but in the end it was just not cleaning the clothes as well as it should so time to go.This one has auto dose and it seems a great idea so far.The trout melody is a little annoying after the novelty wears off but you will either turn it off or learn to love it.As for it being more efficient it's hard to say as the programs are not comparable.All I can say is that a quick wash is longer and so more expensive and many other programs are longer too so they use more kWh than my old one on the few trials we did.But all in all after two months it's been a great start.Not sure if the black door frame will still look as unmarked in a year or so as I fear it may well scratch of leaving a shabby looking machine.

Great product to do its jobs. But spin cycle is only not expected, wet can be felt obviously. I only tried the 15 minutes quick mode, may be it is the reason.Edited after using normal mode: Job done perfect and not wet as the quick mode, so I switch from 4 to 5 stars.
