I have had milk thistle as powder from a different company. I prefer the powder to the tablets but it can be awkward to take. However, this product seems to be of a better quality and much easier to take. Also my initial order was delivered to an incorrect address and it took me a while to realise as the usual tracker for Amazon email didn’t get sent and I only realised when I checked in to my account. The supplier immediately acknowledged the error on the part of the delivery element and sent me a replacement. Super impressed and will defiantly use for other products.
