For me, these Lavender oil capsules really do relax me. I take one in the evening with a cuppa and I have more relaxed and peaceful sleep.I've tried others but these are great. Pleasant to take and no issues whatsoever.Ordered one day and arrived the next, well packaged. Will definitely purchase again.

These really are effective, I've been buying for over a year and helps me relax the mind and deal with anxiety better. They are cheaper than Kalms plus you get more and I feel they are more stronger also. I'd recommend definitely.

Good easy to swallow

I’ve been taking Lindens Lavender Essential Oil for a few weeks now. I was curious about their calming effects and wanted to see if they’d help with my daily stress. They’re easy to swallow and don’t have any aftertaste, which is great (make sure you drink enough water though!).I do feel a bit more relaxed and perhaps a little less anxious since I started using them. It’s a subtle difference, but noticeable enough to keep me taking them regularly. I’m happy with the results so far and appreciate having a natural option that can help.

The "Lindens Lavender Essential Oil 80mg Capsules (60 Pack)" arrived 4 days before the first delivery date in a small wrapped envelope that was put in my letter box. The capsules are as described, have an expiration date of more than two years and the capsules are 100% effective.So far I have only taken one capsule twice 15 minutes before bed and in less than 10 minutes I was asleep. I've been taking the capsules daily for 2 months and I've noticed a difference in how I react to stress at work, they definitely help me to stay more calm and I don't have the anxiety rush I used to get in stressful situations. These certainly do have a psychoactive effect, however it is debatable how positive it is.According to the research I read, lavender exerts its effects through the serotonin receptors. This is evident in the effects it had on me. It seems to be similar to antidepressants e.g. SSRIs.The side effects I experienced went above lavender burbs:1. Derealisation - where it feels like the world around you is not real2. Vivid dreams which would stick in my memory, often bad ones3. Mild brain zaps upon stopping use after only a few days, much like the withdrawal effects from SSRIsThey did also provide some benefit. I got bursts of energy and mildly lifted mood as well. However these are weak effects and in my view the negative side effects outweigh that one positive.Do not be fooled into thinking because something is natural it must only be good for you. I tried these to see if I could cut down on using pharmaceuticals (I am prescribed clonazepam for anxiety which I know to only use as needed due to addiction risk) only to find these pills gave me many of the same side effects as SSRI's did when I was on those.

I like this product as it is the oil of lavender which I feel gets into my system faster than a dried capsule or tablet and helps me get back to sleep quickly.
