Warhammer 40,000: Black Templars Army Set

Package came swiftly and intact. There are 3 units in this set that makes it really worth it. Redemptor Dreadnaught, Emperor's Champion, and Marshall (If you really need it) alone is already at the cost of this set. Add the data cards, codex book, and the primaris crusader squad and it becomes a great bargain for those starting out. Shame that neither this army set or the existing combat patrol has any of the named units (i.e. Helbrect or Grimaldus), but otherwise good set to start.

If you want to start a Black Templars army or collection, you must start with this box. All of the models in this box are great to have and the cost of buying everything individually would be considerably higher than the $100 it’s going for as of today. There’s nothing wasted in this box, you’re going to want to buy everything in here if you’re making a proper army. Everything was included in my box and it was delivered in great shape. I’m happy with this purchase

Been looking for this box for a bit now. I didn't expect it to come with so much cool artwork on the boxes. A great product for bolstering the ranks of your crusade, with the added bonus of some awesome Templar art

The contents of the box set were wrong. I received double of some of the models and am missing certain models from the set. The box was sealed so it may have came from the manufacture this way. I am not sure how to proceed as some of my models can be only be half built. Edit: Seller promptly, responded and I understand it was game workshops her for packaging. Thanks for the help!

This was really tempting for someone just starting a black templar force. But when GW priced it at $200, it just went over the amount I was comfortable spending. But seeing it go for $170 on Amazon, I had to grab it before the price went up. And overall, Im happy with everything the boxset came with. I think the box is more worth around $180 than $200. If you need to get a quick and sizable black templar army and codex, this is probably one of the best places to get it.

Arrived on time and no issues with the condition at all. Great value and the artwork on the Codex and Box is beautiful. Praise the God Emperor and buy this box to begin spreading righteous fury through the tabletop, I mean Galaxy.

The Redemptor dreadnought alone would be $60, then you get what is basically a squad of infantry which are a good basis for converting into scouts, dark angels, or what have you, a mini-codex, and army cards. Bell of Lost Souls estimated the value as $275 (Which is a bit high, but GW prices...), and even if you toss the book and cards, you've got a great deal at this price.

I got this to start making my first Black Templar army. Everything was good, the only thing I can say is the protective lining that keeps it all together was a little damaged and cracked but it kept the contents safe.Overall you are getting an amazing price with this set. The codex is about 35 dollars, data cards about 20ish, a redemptor dreadnought 60, primaris crusade another 50, with a marshal and emperor's champion. I snagged this when it was price dropped to 100, so if you are getting it for the miniatures only it's a nice save.
