Does what it says easy to take

After taking them, I do feel much less stress impact and my sleep has been improved. I do sometimes forget to take them and I can tell the difference.

I like that it is already helping my stress to improve

Great product - used to buy a brand delivered directly from India that were more expensive & unreliable delivery.I stopped taking them after my last order didn’t arrive. When I realised my mood level was dipping again I thought I’d give these a try - they are very effective. Just ordered my second batch.

Didn't see big or any affects

Going through menopause for a while now, I’m not getting night sweats at all it totally stopped when I started taking these. I waited a long while to write my review to give an honest review. I will only take 1 capsule everyday other day because I’m starting to feel better.

Have just been taking the product for a week and already feeling more focused and sleeping better. I read a study report and the maximum benefits are expected around 60 days so looking forward to see what happens.
