Definitely work!
These B12 supplements have been great. About a year ago I found out I was quite low on B12. I actually had to get B12 shots for a while. After I was back to a more normal level I was told to use these. I was worried that supplements wouldn’t help, but these dissolve right under your tongue and so it goes right to your bloodstream. When I went back recently I was actually at the high end of normal!! These dissolve pretty quickly, taste alright, and are pretty small. Definitely would recommend.

Good absorption, not bad taste

B12 vitamins are excellent for you. I take 1 a day. Melt in your mouth. Easy....and tiny size wonderful 👍
