One Month Supply of Sweet Phosphatidylserine Gummies
These chewable vegan gummies contain 100mg per every two (which counts as one daily serving) of phosphatidylserine which can help improve memory and clarity of thought in older age due to the way it supports cells within the brain to increase the strength of signals and messages they contain sent between the nerve cells. They are actually pretty nice if you have a sweet tooth like me and are a little harder than most of vitamin gummies I've tried which I liked as it makes them last a little longer whilst you chew them - the flavour isn't really particularly describable - just a sweet vague fruity flavour, but perfectly nice to my taste buds. The sweetness comes mostly from the organic cane sugar and tapioca syrup that has been added and each serving of two gummies equates to around 1% of your daily sugar intake, so it;s not going to break the sugar bank!If you've done your research and know that a phosphatidylserine based vitamin is a good supplement for you then these will last around a month if you stick to the two-a-day serving suggestion - there are probably cheaper options out there, but these are great if you don't like swallowing tablets and want a little hit of sugar at the same time.

hmm... i would just eat as a snack...
It is interesting that the gummies don't contain a lot of additives and bad stuff.. But covered with a lot of sugar... After reading the package, i have to ask myself what exactly does this gummy contain.... the conclusion goes...sunflower oilThen i read again on the website, the main ingredient is phosphatedylserine.A little research for you to understand this phosphatedylserine. Why do people take phosphatidylserine?Phosphatidylserine is taken to try to prevent memory loss and mental decline that may occur as you get older.Several studies suggest that it may boost your brain power. People who took the supplement scored higher on short-term memory, mood, and concentration tests. For example, they could better recall names and objects. Much more research is needed to confirm these results.Scientists have used phosphatidylserine in studies to treat symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. Again, there is not enough evidence that phosphatidylserine is of any help in treating this condition.Phosphatidylserine has been suggested in the treatment of the following conditions, as well:Multiple sclerosisMuscle soreness and stress in athletes who overtrainI think the taste is ok... but it does have a funny smell. I don't like being covered with sugar. But the good side of these gummies is, it is not very sticky ( not stick to your teeth)

Nice taste, however sugar coated
These gummies are 60, they have a bear shape which is cute.Nice taste, they have a berry flavor. It does not taste of chemical, it is quite pleasant as they are natural flavoured. Not very recommended for whoever is on a diet as they are coated with sugar. They contain 3 grams per serving of 2 gummies which is slightly less than a teaspoon. The jar lasts one month as the recommended dose is two a day. Good price for a month jar I would say. They have a natural color and flavor. They are also vegan, in fact, the gelatin is replaced with pectin. Free of allergens.I cannot understand really the ingredients’ chart but I know the main ingredient is the phosphatidylserine.I have made a research to know more about this ingredient. “Phosphatidylserine is a fatty substance called a phospholipid. It covers and protects the cells in your brain and carries messages between them. Phosphatidylserine plays an important role in keeping your mind and memory sharp. Animal studies suggest that the level of this substance in the brain decreases with age.”The reason why people take the phosphatidylserine is to try and prevent memory loss and mental decline that may occur as you get older. The phosphatidylserine boosts our brain power.

Not really a 'multivitimin' per-se, but seem to have helped me get through some work perhaps
These gummybear-shaped multivitimins major on an ingredient called phosphatidylserine which is intended to help prevent mental decline and keep your brain sharp although how effective they are will likely vary greatly from person-to-person. They have 3g of sugar per dose which is perhaps a little excessive and I wonder if something different could have been applied as a dusting? Granted they don’t seem to stick together as much as the Adult Multivitimin gummies I have from this brand which have no coating, but maybe something finer and less sugary could be considered in future product revisions?I have no problem taking them and haven’t noticed any specific side-effects. I’m fairly brain-busy all the time with my work, and lately I have been ploughing through some online seminars which may or may not have been aided by my taking of this supplement, but as I haven’t cloned myself to see what the alternative me would have done without taking them, it’s not really a controlled test. On the whole though, they seem fine and if this ingredient is having any positive effect on me then I’m all-in.
