Easy to install and looks good
Seems to be good. Was very easy to install. Drill 3 holes basically and put in the rawl plugs and screws that came with it. Job done.

Replaced old similar item, which no longer retracted. New one used same mounting holes. Works fine, just a little stiff retracting.

Impossible to remove the screw holding the back plate so returning. Looks cheaply made. Returning and buying something better quality
