Cookwise Induction Base Cast Iron Tawa with Wooden Handle, Black

One of the best tawa. Works 100% on induction ovens. Very heavy and thick. 100% iron tawa with no coating. Better than teflon coated non stick tawa. Nothing sticks on it. Very less oil consumption. Good for chapati (if using on induction use on 500 or 800watt mode), dosa, pancakes and stir fry. Wooden handle present. Easy to clean fuel to its non stick properties. No heat spots after using for sometime. Even heat distribution. Also works on gas and other ovens. Using it regularly since a month without any problems. If you buy, you won't regret.

Beware! Not value for money, despite the high cost. Not able to put it to use, as the Dosa gets stuck to the Pan even after the pre-seasoning done by the seller and re-seasoning twice by the buyer. The Dosa had to be scraped out of the Tawa in pieces, leaving some pieces stuck to the Tawa. Not satisfactory at all and not as promised by the seller. The item was returned the first time for the same reason. The second one also was not as per the big promises made by the seller. Could not take the trouble to process the 2nd return. Now the Tawa is ready for sale as scrap. Hope the seller will buy it back for some discounted price. Hope the seller will respond. Kindly be genuine with your promises when selling your products online. Amazon has a moral responsibility to ensure the quality based on the seller's promises. Or based on honest feed backs, such sellers should be taken off their portal and black listed to safeguard Amazon's goodwill and name.

First of all thank you Cookwise team to make this pan available for me.This induction friendly pan was not available online or offline when I first saw n add it in wishlist. I searched and contacted cookwise team through Facebook n then WhatsApp just to buy this awesome Tawa. People who are looking for cast iron utensils just go for it. You n I both know the benefits of cast iron but we need good n trustworthy seller too.Cookwise owner personally called me just to inform that, the team is working on upgraded version n Will be available soon. I'm writing this feedback after two months of regouros using. Best thing: my home-minister liked this Tawa/Pan!!

Excellent product, we were pleasantly surprised to see such a nice product. It is so easy to use and best for all types of dosage and chila. Made in India product.
