It still gets 5 stars even that the companies customer service is bad but Amazon made up for it. Assembling took less then 30 min. The discription is easy to understand and to follow. All necessary tools are included...the second time I got it. First time there were two wrong screws in it but after problemless return with Amazon, everytwas perfect.All parts fit well into each other. The whole equipment makes a sturdy and solid impression. It's actually fun to train on it/ with it. The cushons are comfortable and make practice painless when leaning on them. Adjusting to different body size is also easy and quickly done. Great!Update: due to server problems the company got my mail late but answered now in a friendly and cooperative way. So customer service works!!!

I found the instructions a little difficukt to follow. There was one piece that was difficult to fit together. I would have appreciated a QRcode in the instruction manual to connect me to the videos. The tools aren't very efficient. I would make a tool that is like a cap over the nut to tighten with instead of a wrench thst slips off easily. I started to attempt to return it. I was able to speak with an amaxon rep. He showed me where the instructional videos could be found. I can't say how I lije it yet.I will say tge pads are well made and comfortable.

Very nice exercise equipment. I was afraid that this might not hold up to my 6'2" 200 lbs. size. My fears were quickly alleviated. Also, I find this equipment to be easy to put together, easy to adjust, and adequately comfortable.

Excellent value for sturdiness.

The item was easy to assemble and contained good instructions. Padding is of good quality. The adjustments are well designed . The device overall is very unstable. Due to the design it does not sit perfectly flat on floor. It rocks side to side while performing exercises. Could easily tip over with you if the person did not have good balance. Also if it’s a taller person, due to devices light weight, it will tip forward and rear will come off ground. I am going to try to modify to improve platform stability side to side and try to find a way to weight rear. It’s not a gym quality piece by any means and taller heavier folks be prepared to modify or may be very unstable for you.

This is my first Roman chair and was fairly simple to assemble. This is ideal for a small room. The back extension portion of the units works well. The dipping bar is great and handled my weight well. No unit shake. The unit does not move. I recommended Roman chair is really really good.
