I'm AuDHD and have issues sleeping. But I also can be hyposensitive or hypersensitive to medications/vitamins I take. Often that's due to the fillers they put in most things. Many other brands of melatonin out there actually have sugar in them or something else. I like this brand doesn't have any unnecessary fillers, so I absorb the them.I will note if you're new to melatonin, it doesn't actually make me sleep. It relaxes my brain enough to get to sleep. So I have to know how to do other things to relax my body first. Like less screen time, relaxing cup of tea, etc. I also listen to green noise to help me get relaxed enough to sleep.For some reason though I only seen to respond to the 3 mg tablets. If I take 1 or 5 mg tablets they don't work on me. It's odd. I typically take 9 mg a night. But sometimes only take 3 mg. I let my body tell me how much I need. But I never take more than 9 mg a night because that can be harmful. So the are some nights 9 mg don't work. Without melatonin though my brain typically doesn't want to shut down until around 5 am. Even if I'm exhausted.

Love these! I used to use ones that dissolved under the tongue, but these actually work just as quickly! Super cheap too.

I take these on days I know I'm not gonna be able to fall asleep quickly. They are easy to swallow and are pretty much like any other brand of melatonin tablet. Luckily the price is much cheaper than buying in store.

So, there are a ton of little tablets in here! We got such a great deal! I'm unsure why this much melatonin is so affordable. Except that it's only 3 MG per each.I would like to note the weird dreams I have in the early hours of the morning when this is on my system. I heard people have nightmares when on 10mg but 3mg doesn't give me nightmares. Just weird dreams. Well, one of these recent 3mg dreams was pretty bad still. For example:I dreamed one of our cats became a fish and was happily living in a tank with a couple other fish. My niece thought it would be great to surprise me with a pet piranha to add to my tank.The piranha killed my cat who had become a fish. So I was grieving the loss of my cat. And I wanted to tell my sister that her daughter's thoughtful gift was not very thoughtful. But I knew if I told my sister I did not appreciate the gift, it would cause a rift between her and me. I woke up feeling dread and turmoil, and I couldn't shake it for a while. So I'd rathe not have that type of dream. But besides that, it's been nice not to wake up to go to the bathroom for at least 5 or 6 hours.I struggle to get a good night's sleep and am trying to avoid/wean off using diphenhydramine HCI. That's why I bought this 3 MG ea. melatonin bottle.

I can not sleep well. I’ve used various melatonin products, but 1/2 tab dissolves quickly and easily in my mouth, without having to swallow a pill, and has no taste at all. I sleep so soundly for at least 6-8 hours, and feel rested in the morning. Of all the products, like sprays, gummies, capsules, etc., I’d have to say I love this product the best. Great value for the quantity. I’ll buy again.

I was a bit concerned with taking 3mg because I get terrible nightmares with 5mg. But it works well. Definitely my maximum dose. I had been using another brand that was 2mg time-release but I was waking up after 5 or 6 hours being wide awake. Not with this version. I can easily sleep 8 hours.Good value and you can subscribe so you don't run out.

For the price I like these melatonin. For some reason I always stay up all night, I fall asleep at 1am and wake up at 3am each night and by 6am I’m laying in bed just waiting for my 3 and 4 year old to pop up and start their demands lol .. these melatonin help me to get to bed within about an hour and a half of taking one. I’ll be purchasing again once I’m out of the bottle. I don’t take them every night, they are non habit forming for myself personally, but when I’ve had a long day yet still can’t seem to settle down for bed I prefer to take one, otherwise I’ll be thinking about everything in life as the night hours turn to morning lol.. great buy 😊

It worked fine and no side effects. But it doesn’t give me enough sleepiness compared to some other brands I tried. I may need to try a higher mg ones?
