Takes a bit to set up with accounts and permissions if you haven’t had separate profiles for your little one. After that it’s smooth sailing. Durable to hold by even the most active toddler.

I purchased this device for my 7 year old daughter to use and the package was in tact and delivery was timely. Set up and use of the device was flawless and it worked as advertised - zero issues with quality or speed, screen or battery life (it served the purpose intended). However, I encountered an issue with my charging port 6 months after using it and I contacted the seller who immediately responded and provided a quick resolution to my issue by issuing me a new device. I expect this replacement item to work just as good as my initial order and will provide an update on the item in the future. Will definitely recommend this product for a young child 3 - 9 yrs old and give a huge appreciation and thanks for the excellent customer service and support provided by this seller.

I am very disappointed in this purchase. I did read reviews before purchasing and saw really good reviews. I bought this for my 3 yr old. It was working pretty well the first couple weeks then started slowing down and not being sensitive to touch. Now a fully charged battery only lasts up to 3 hours daily and I can't use any other charger to charge the battery. Only the one that it came with in the box. I did buy the warranty but unfortunately the this not covered. And it is too late to return now.

I recently received the first one with a broken screen. Sent it back with a fast next day Amazon replacement. The replacement is great so far! Nice silicone case. Screen protector (if you buy a 7in) probably won't be compatible. This tablet is built differently. The screen is actually smaller. Maybe like a centimeter.Be advised, this loads up as a normal android tablet. You need to download the kids apps, parental control app, sign up and sign in, and THEN boot up the kids interface app so your child is stuck within the walls of the child app under your supervision. You can monitor certain aspects from your personal phone. I have a 2 year old Toddler, so he's not trying to figure out how to bypass anything, he just plays the games and videos as expected. But any older children might can figure it. Do your research first!!

My toddler absolutely loves this tablet! It’s easy for him to use and carry around, and the case protects it from any small drops or bumps. It has access to a ton of educational games and the parental controls are easy to customize.After over a year of almost daily use, the screen finally stopped responding and we contacted customer support. They responded quickly and were extremely helping in getting a replacement to us quickly under the warranty. Very happy with the product and the responsive customer service!

I bought this for my 4 yr old granddaughter and it would be an okay tablet if I didn’t have to charge it all the time. It do not last six hours if that. If I have a road trip that’s not going to help. But I guess you get what u pay for so for the money it’s a okay tablet.

I'm getting use to the android operating system (coming from Mac).The system runs slow compared to what I'm use to.I do like that it can be locked down for kid use.Battery life isn't great. We have to charge frequently.Good for price point though.

This is a nice little durable tablet with built-in games, but when it comes to using apps on the internet, I just found out that it is not compatable with 5G Wi-Fi. It uses 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and you have to adjust your router settings to 2.4 before it will run the internet applications. Nowhere in the description does it say anything about specific Wi-Fi settings so you wouldn't know this until you tried to run the internet apps (YouTube, Google, etc.). I won't be keeping this laptop because it is too much trouble to switch the router back and forth from 5 to 2.4 all the time. It would be nice if the seller would indicate the Wi-Fi connectivity in the description.
