I like it and the picture is clear!!

Needed a conferencing audio/video system, but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on something I will use once a week for 8 months. At first I though I made a mistake when I tested it. The video and audio was constantly breaking up, but my internet wasn't the greatest. When I tested it where I would be using it there was good internet, but not great and the system did very well. Am going to update the internet router to see if a stronger signal will produce even better results.For the money, I would recommend this. My only suggestion would be to go with the 20X zoom camera. Wish I would have bought that instead of the 3X zoom that isn't enough for a 13 person board room setting.

I got this camera to use for making a video for a band - perhaps not the best way to go about it - but definitely worth a shot. This camera has exceptional video quality, and I was able to use it to get some cool zoom in and out type effects.It worked l, the remote control is awesome for controlling the direction of the camera as well as zooming in. I did the video in scenes where I would synchronize the video with music in my DAW (digital audio workstation). It was painstaking to do but in the end, the video came out remarkably well.A couple of times it seems like the pan would stick for a second before moving - I don't know what caused it - it was completely random. I tried switching out the AAA batteries in the remote - with no effect one way or the other.At any rate it is a really cool camera and I am glad I have it. I don't do much conferencing but I am sure I will think of another creative way to use it.

I bought two of these cameras for our church; they work great! The cameras are easy to install and link up to our OBS software on our Mac. Does exactly what we bought them for. I recommend this camera!

I would give this camera a five star rating, but there are no dip switches to set the camera designation for more than one camera on one remote. The remote controls four cameras, but each button works for this camera. This is not stated in the Amazon camera description, nor the Tenveo webpage description. If there is some other way to program the camera-remote assignment, it is not stated in the manual. Emailing Amazon hasn't come up with a method. Otherwise, the camera is great. It operates quietly and accurately.

wir verwenden die Kamera in unserem Saal. aus etwa 20 Meter Entfernung übertragen wir den Redner in ZOOM. Alle Zuschauer sind begeistert. schwenken und zoomen mit der Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei. auch die Voreinstellungen auf der Fernbedienung klappt super

La construccion y materiales de esta cámara son normales. Después de probarla un par de veces me dic uenta de que la calidad con el zoom al máximo no es muy buena para grabar conferencias. Por otro lado la preción de los presets es muy imprecisa y variable. Para un uso no muy exigente cumple, pero si quieres algo de calidad tendrás que pagar más. Como siempre las devoluciones de Amazon son perfectas, ahora espero por el reembolso.

The media could not be loaded. Presentación normal, caja con protección interna para mantener la cámara a salvo. También incluye el cable de alimentación, cable USB para conectarlo al ordenador y una base, con sus tornillos, para anclarlo al techo.Yo no la anclo al techo, pero sí le acoplo la base enroscada para deslizar la cámara sin levantarla. Lo mejor sería que la anclaras al techo o le pongas un altillo porque está cámara funciona mejor desde arriba.El mando es sencillo de usar, lo que más me gusta es que puedes guardar 9 posiciones especificas y luego con el mando elegir la que quieras; es muy fácil de configurar y renta mucho esta función si tienes la cámara fija en un sitio. Por otro lado, la cámara también te sirve para configurar varias de este modelo, si tuvieras más.Función autoenfoque me gusta, aunque es mejorable, no tiene detección de caras por lo que más de una vez ha enfocado cajas del fondo en vez de a mí. La función de enfoque manual está mal explicada, no te dice con qué ajustar manualmente y al usarla me ha dado mal resultado. Es importante destacar que no graba sonido porque no tiene micro, algo que me desagrada, pero considerando que está diseñada para estar anclada al techo, tiene sentido.La cámara también incluye puertos para rs 232 y rs 485, que son para conectar el cable a un modem, no es algo que a mi me aporte nada, pero si eres más técnico, sí. También se le puede configurar los protocolos de llamada para cuando gestiones varias cámaras a la vez, eso me parece su mejor virtud si puedes aprovecharla (o sea, si llevas muchas salas de conferencia).La calidad de la imagen es:• Cámara: 2,1MP 16:9 (1920x1080)• Vídeo: 1080p 16:9 30fpsEs normalito, por este precio esperaba 60 fps.Dejo un vídeo mostrando cómo queda. Tiene buena estabilización de imagen, la giro en mitad de la grabación y la calidad se mantiene. Su problema viene con el zoom, cómo no reconoce las caras, al aplicar zoom decide centrar el enfoque en el reloj que tengo detrás.Las fotos que hace son mejorables.CONCLUSIÓNEs un producto pensado para el ámbito profesional, donde más rendimiento le sacas es al gestionar varias cámaras. Las calidades son medias, y las funciones de posición y estabilización de imagen son un extra muy bueno, aunque su mediocre enfoque deja mucho que desear. Si eres un particular o streamer, no es para ti, no le sacarás partido.
