In my original review I mentioned that this might be too heavy for me to use and the seller reached out to me to see if I’d like to actually try it out and sent me a new one! My honest review for this is that it’s amazing! It was not as heavy as I thought it would be. It makes much quicker work of scrubbing than by hand, so it’s a win-win!I tried to make a video of me scrubbing the toilet bc I thought it would be the easiest to do one handed. I will try to add the video to the review. It’s really powerful! And seriously…the fact that it comes with two batteries is amazing, considering what a 21v battery costs new! That alone pays for itself without everything else in the box. I probably used the wrong brush head on the toilet, because I wasn’t getting far under the rim, but either another brush or actually putting my phone down would have remedied it, lol. Afterwards, I poured a little bleach over it and spun it in a sink full of hot water to wash and rinsed it with clean water with the spin mechanism running. I honestly can’t wait to use this on the bathroom floor around the baseboards. That’s why I originally purchased it. Since this house is older, it’s accumulated a lot of grunge in there! I hate to even think about it!Even though I received it as a gift, it’s definitely worth the money. I haven’t looked, but I’m hoping there are replacement heads I can buy. I’m extremely happy they wanted me to give it a shot and that I was able to revisit what I purchased in the first place!(I can only upload one video, so it’s the actual cleaning, but I did another showing all the pieces and how they fit together. It’s a no-brainer since the pictures actually show them)I like how this comes with two batteries. For the price, if that’s what you want, it’s a good deal. But I put it together and realized with the battery, it would get too heavy for me. It probably wouldn’t get used much, so I returned, especially because of the price point.

I've been seeing this on TikTok constantly so I decided that I needed to get it but I wanted to make sure that I got it from a quality company so I went to Amazon instead of TikTok The appearance is extremely nice the attachments are high quality The performance is much better than I expected it to be a lot of times with these products when you put pressure on it it trust you preserve the motor and so it stops spinning which is kind of productive to cleaning this does not do it In fact they have fixed that issue so that is definitely what I was looking for the assembly is so easy that my toddler knows exactly what to do when he tries to play with it so I think this is great value for the money and it's definitely something that has made cleaning so much better I highly recommend this product

I am 82 years old and live alone taking care of myself. Over the years my ability to clean and finish some daily work had fallen to an "old guy who cannot do xxxxxx" level. Floors and bathrooms which used to shine had not shined in several years. Money to hire someone else to clean up regularly -- not there.A bout with Covid took me out of the house to a hospital for 10 days -- and when I returned home I finally noticed all the cleaning that had not been done, and that my budget would not allow me to hire anyone to help. Getting up and down on hands and knees to clean floors, bathroom tiles and walls with scrub brushes was painfully out of the question, but cheap. I figured if I took six months. to hand clean everything I would then have to go back and start again.Tools for cleaning quickly and well have changed drastically in the pasty 20+ years. Most I had seen were small, underpowered, hard to use and had to be attached to the wall -lugs by power wires for use.Then I came across the idea of spin brushes to speed things up. I remembered the original battery operated spin brush I was gifted years ago. Low, underpowered, slow and not cleaning quite as fast as a regular scrub brush and muscle power.A search on Amazon (and some foreign competitors) came up with hundred of choices -- but seemed only to represent the old style low and slow unit I had thrown away years ago.BANG!I spotted some newly designed and built offerings and read the specifications on several dozen competing models. I spent two days traveling to local superstores, hardware storer, and department stores looking to find a model that would do what I wanted - last a long time and work for each of the different jobs I would have to do.Battery life and work cycle was important. Facing dirty floors meant RPM and brushes would fit many more tasks than just a steamer, vacuum or swifter mop could easily handle. I came up with 8 different choices on Amazon and about a dozen suspects in stores and from other vendors. All went on my wish lists -- then I sorted out what I would need vs. price I could afford. Units that cost more than $150 had to be eliminated. Anything that ran under 1000 RPM for 30 minutes was eliminated. Anything that required 3 hours battery recharge to get 30 minutes of work out of the set was kicked off the list.The list came down three units -- but only 1 (BHY) had a solid 5 star rating and no record of returns. The price included 2 batteries to give me continuous operation for more than 40 minutes each when switched back and forth for recharging individually. It's mechanical build allows for configuring it to reach out or up like a vacuum cleaner -- or to be short enough to fit in a refrig or stove for scrubbing. It looked (and is) easy to assemble, charge and go to work.Placed my Prime order about 2 a.m. Friday and received the delivery by 5:30 p.m. Friday. Started cleaning about the 2 hours later -- the battery charging time for full power recommended taking about 90 minutes.Instructions on assembly, use and safety are clear and concise. The packaging of the brushe, parts and batteries is absolutely professional. Assembly? Click together the poles and power stick, tighten the lock rings, clip on the battery and adjust the length of reach, put the head at your desired angle, push buttons and then CLEAN!The mounting and dismounting of the various brushed and does not seem as sturdy as the rest of this well engineered piece - and switching them for different parts of a job could be easier -- but might add cost. If an attachment stem breaks if I were to force it on or off -- I have not found a way to replace it or order another complete compatible set of the parts.Oh, yes, the work I had planned to take all day tomorrow in one bathroom -- I finished in 1.5 hours tonight while learning to effectively use each brush and at what speed -- whether 800, 1000 or 1200 RPM. Those speeds wipe out grime FAST- whoie special shaped brushes get into odd places and crevasses that you might have to use Q tips and toothpick to clean the old way.One slight concern I do have -- that during recharge of the batteries the transformer ac/dc converter does get hotter than I had previously experienced. Several days later and several more recharges however this presented no problem whole seeming hot if left plugged in after full charge is reached.If this total quality remains consistent -- I would suggest this. So far, in my experience over 70 plus years of cleaning stuff, this is a tool that should have been engineered, built and sold years ago. It would have save us old guys time formerly spent on cleaning to use for leisureFor the whole original package I would could even add a sixth star - but communication with the vendor through Amazon was answered that they do not have any plan to sell additional brushes, brush sets or batteries. I cannot afford a full priced second unit just to get the those brushes used in the bathroom to be separate from a set used in the kitchen and refrigerator. I would hope the vendor would able to suggestl how to get compatible brush sets that fit this exceptionally fine cental rotary drive stem, but their recent message indicates they.do not sell brushes or sets...and indicated no comptability source.

Returning for refund.First then s soon as I opened the box I found the batteries and the charger. I charged the batteries one by one, the red light on the charger turned green each time, which, according to the manual, should indicate a full charge. Each battery also has a button that lights up a power meter on the battery. Those also both show full charge.Then I attach the battery to the device and tey to power it on. Green indicator light on the handle just flashes 25%. Won't do anything else. Tried leaving one if the batteries plugged in over night and tried again the next morning. Still the same result.

This is a very sturdy product a little bit more heavy than I expected, but it was fantastic and it gets the job done!

Now that I began using this tool to clean my shower floor, I cannot clean without it! With this electric brush I can clean my shower floors so much faster and easier than when I had to brush manually! It’s so powerful and easy to use! On top of loving this tool, the customer service for this product is exquisite! They answer any questions and concerns right away and make sure you are satisfied with their product!!
