Item was perfect. Bought as used like new and it is basically brand new. It literally looked like someone took it out of the box and turned it on and set it up and then returned it.The projector itself is awesome and is actually better than expected. I love the built in apps and no need for a phone or iPad to watch content.

There was a lot to like about this projector at first - especially the auto-focus and auto-keystone adjustments. Great brightness and picture quality. But the software is annoying. It insists on resuming playback the moment you turn it on, even if you turned it off while in the menu. No option to change that behavior. Also, no ability to stream from a local network-attached storage. These are nuisances I could have put up with. But then... it just bricked itself.It stopped powering on at all - neither with the remote nor the touch interface on the projector. I've seen many reports from others encountering the same issue. And since this happened a mere 5 months past the warranty, they're charging half the price of a brand new unit to repair it! Had I known, I would not have purchased.Nice form factor and image quality. Lousy software. Unreliable and expensive to fix. Do not buy.

Honestly. I don’t write reviews often, but I have to for this. If you have the money, buy it! I was trying to find the perfect projector for a while and then I stumbled upon the Samsung freestyle. It has the best of everything. Samsung tv, apps, games, you name it. It is super bright, the auto focus is a life saver, the battery stand lasts about 3 hours which is good enough for a movie or a couple of shows, otherwise I just leave it plugged in the wall. The color quality is outrageously good no matter what size the screen is. We go camping with our RV at the beach and projected a movie onto the side of it. Had the whole beach coming to watch! This projector comes with auto focus & auto keystone which will display the screen according to the angle it is set up at ( such a time saver ). Set up was easy and simple, and there’s an app for it as well. 10/10 purchase.

I bought this product via "open box" and ended up getting it for almost half the price. I don't think I'd ever pay full price for this projector, but for around $500 it was a steal. The first time setting it up was great, however the second time, we couldn't get the internet to connect and it also wouldn't register a second time with SmartThings. Not exactly sure what it's issue was, but we weren't having trouble with any other devices.Overall, it's a really good projector though. It has lots of great features, and we really feel at home with the UI since we also own a Samsung TV for our living room.The sound on it is great, but its also very user friendly for external blue-tooth speakers. We were even able to connect multiple speakers at one time!Go ahead and get yourself an "open box" version of this thing or wait until it goes on sale. You won't regret it!

SAMSUNG always brings the entertainment to their products that why I will always love the brand. This small thing is pushing alot and doing alot to bring great images. Football,Movies,TV shows,Video Games meeting this is it. Very easy to carry around and setup it up anywhere. It very bright that my neighbors was looking at it in their windows and watching from their yard. Size of the image can be 100inch and even bigger with a second Samsung Projector. The Entertainment if you own any of Samsung updates tv you should already know all the apps and Entertainment comes with this. Now all Samsung tv users know that you have to have a Bluetooth soundbar I don't know why Samsung don't work on making better speakers for their tv models but I don't recommend to try to push it with the Speaker on this Projector just buy a Bluetooth speaker and I bet this Projector will last longer

I've never noticed how good this portable projector samsung could ever done. The gaming on this is outstanding and its really responsive. But its super expensive though. I love how bright the image are and how you can charge the remote without needing batteries. Well done samsung.Also the sound on this is really good. Even the connevity as well as ease to setup. You just set it up to a wall and let it do its thing without going to the menus it does it for you. I also love how its just like a normal samsung tv and how easy it is to find the menus through the remote.

Works well for being how small it is. I do not have any gripes with the quality. You can find tune it and read the words wel, etc. I'm sure the newer laser projectors would be better, but this is still great.The sensors always say that they are dusty and need to be cleaned. Annoying. I don't use the sensors anyway and I still get the message. I prefer to manually adjust my picture. So I turned off all the auto sensor stuff.My biggest complaint is that it doesn't have an ethernet port, so Wi-Fi slows things down a bit. When I could easily plug it into an ethernet port in my home.It also has trouble loading apps pretty slow at times especially Plex, which has hung up a few times and I need to restart.Also with the slowness, using this as my primary display in my bedroom, I need to adjust the picture brightness often and even after having the system on for a minute it will say "this feature is not ready yet"...Overall I wish it was faster and had an Ethernet port. Actually when I first got it it was running a little bit older Samsung menu version and it was faster, and then they updated it like all these companies do, and everything slows down. Es stupido.
