I was recommended this product from a business coach who said this definitely needed to be in my diet, so I got it and noticed changes in overall focus and sleep regulation within the first week to two weeks.Love the quality of the product and even the packaging is really nice. I usually don’t care what the package feels like because I care more about what they put in the capsule, but seeing that what’s in the capsule is really great, having the nice bottle with a flip lid is a nice touch.Definitely a must have for anyone with ADHD!(ps, consult with your doctor for medical advice or to see if this product is right for you… all that other stuff as a disclaimer, all I know is I feel better on it!)

I have not been sleeping for some time and I am happy that this impacted my sleeping. Have used it for a week and it is working...

I’ve always been happy with this brand. On top of good quality, the packaging is superior to other supplement packaging by far. In addition they recently changed the package and upgraded it even more with a new click open top. Easy open and easy close.

So my mom has been telling me how important magnesium is and there are two or three different kinds of magnesium. I had been taking one of the other ones I don’t remember which one is which, but then I came across this one and I wanted to take it first for the brain functions, but what I found is it really does help me sleep at night. I guess it helps my brain shut down when I need it too. I’m really glad that I started taking this. I feel like I’ve gotten the best sleep in a really long time.

After hearing of this being recommended by a few people that I follow including Andrew Huberman adding it to his sleep regimen, I figured I’d look into Magtein a bit more. The medical studies that I could find suggested decent support that it has some brain benefits, though there was less supporting research for sleep benefits. I decided it was worth a try, and ended up popping a few before bed.Unfortunately, it actually seemed to have a slightly adverse impact on my sleep. It could very well have been a placebo effect, but I took it for a week before bed and seemed to notice increased blood flow to my head, which made it more difficult for me to fall asleep. I tracked about half an hour of less average sleep during the week that I was taking it (with both Oura Ring and Apple Watch), so I decided to stop taking it in the evening.Having already bought it and being unable to return it, I switched to taking it at lunch with a coffee, and that seems to be working well. My sleep is no longer being negatively impacted, though I’m not sure if I’m experiencing any positive benefits from it. There’s a fair amount of research behind the positive benefits of Magnesium and Magtein, so I’ll definitely finish off the bottle, though I’ll have to assess at that point if I want to order another or not.The pills themselves are a decent size but not difficult to swallow. It does have a bit of a synthetic taste, but it’s not overwhelming and seems fine. Sports Research as a supplement company is well known and trusted, and I buy other supplements from them and have been pleased overall with the quality.

I’ve been taking for a couple months and feel like definitely made an improvement in sleep quality. I travel for work and have been very happy with the product.

I love this magnesium formula. I feel so much better on it. I’m sleeping and rested for the first time in a long time.
