The key to replacing your truck cap shocks is to measure center to center, extended. In this case, you should get 22.9 in. Also, you should get 13 in, compressed. Finally, validate that “22.9 in” is actually printed in white on your Stabilus Lift-O-mat shock. To install, get a small, flat head screwdriver. Insert in the metal retaining clips to lift up the retainer, not out, just enough to insert over the balls. I’d recommend taking one end off of an old one and insert the new and work around to all 4 corners. NOTE: if the clip is out far enough, the shock should come off or go on with little to no force. Time needed: It takes about 5-10 min to do a truck cap. Afterwards, have a beer and be happy that you fixed your truck cap for around $30. Cheers.

Maybe you should decrypt what you’re trying to ask? Each strut part number has a different dimension and pressure. I have mine installed on my 99’ F-250 Super Duty with a Leer 100xl camper shell (short bed)
