Oil the levers before using. Its durable and sturdy was really surprise about that. Padding is great. Grip is great. Will purchase again and i really do recommend this product.

I'd say heavy duty. I'm about 200 lbs and can't see these falling apart. The c-clips are huge and heavy. They almost seem over the top...there's no way these are going to break. they are sized right for the upper arm and length. it was a good purchase.

My husband who is at a different level then myself was so excited to receive these for his home gym. I was able to use them so I can get back on track. 10 crunches a day until I feel stronger and can work my way up. I strongly recommend these for anyone who has their own cage at. home.

I received this product in exchange for a review. From experience, RIM as a company is great. They treat their customers very good.As for the product, they work well and reduce stress on your hands allowing you to perform proper handing leg raises and knee tucks. Most people’s grip strength gives out first so these allow you to do more reps. They use a large carabiner in order to secure the straps to a horizontal pole. Although this works well if you do have access to this type of setup, it does not work if you are trying to attach them to something larger. This is why I gave it four stars. Another product I’ve used, has a strap that you secure around a pole making it more suitable for big and small poles.
