Not as advertised
Review is for the Magefesa 15” enameled paella pan.Specifications say: “the flat Surface in the bottom make it compatible with all burners on the market.”(1) it is NOT flat on the bottom. It is slightly curved. Thus the bottom of the pan does not all make contact with the burner which you really need to get that good crusty rice on the bottom.(2) the brochure that comes with the pan clearly states it CANNOT be used with electric cooktops. Thus it is not compatible with ALL burners in the market.I did not use it. I returned it. I will be purchasing one from a Spanish importer in the US instead.

When we removed the MageFesa label off the pan, the coating from the pan came off. We're extremely disappointed--the pan is unusable now!
