Q: Has anyone use this for Lefse?

I have never used it to make Lefse, but I looked up the recipe and watched in youtube. Looks like it can be used to make it. You just need a couple of tweaking to the process. First, you would be making them smaller than usual. Secondly, the dough will slide off as it gets cooked, but you can prevent that from happening by holding it (the middle part of it) lightly with a long spatula while it cooks. I say long spatula, so you won’t burn yourself. The reason for this, is because this doesn’t have flat edges. It is somewhat dome like but flatter. I hope this helps.

Q: Are you sure that the vinal polymer is healthy to cook on? I am reading bad reports about it

I'm going to suggest that you dont buy this brand. I used it twice and it stopped heating up. I should have returned it, but didnt. As for the vinyl polymer I'm uncertain if its healthy to cook on
