Fast delivery, the pan itself is of great quality, very well packed in a nice bag and worked fab on my induction hob. Feels very sturdy, this size is great for 2 hungry people. As picture shows I had a slight issue with removing the sticker, it was no big issue just soaked in hot water for about 30 mins and it came straight off. Maybe a card or tag tied to handle. Apart from that fantastic.

I have used the replacement significantly more times than the original and I have had no further issues. I have now updated my review to 5 stars.UPDATE.Further to the below initial review it is worth noting that the manufacturer reached out to me very quickly after the review was posted and has replaced the item which I will use over the coming weeks and update this review accordingly. I have updated to 3 stars as it is refreshing that the manufacturer has acted promptly to resolve my complaint.INITIAL REVIEW.Has now deformed after light use and no longer a flat base, as this is used with induction it no longer heats uniformly.I will replace with a different manufacturer.Not recommended.

Very good Paella pan. I now have 2 as accidently ordered the pan for 1 person first. Easy to clean. Hope to use many times

This is a really good quality purchase which makes the delivery of authentic Paella so easy to achieve time and time again. Also works well as as a stand in wok.

Original 3 star reviewFirst impressions weren’t helped when the inside label didn’t peel off properly. It eventually needed hours of soaking then covering in oil for another hour before all the glue residue could be removed.The pan itself cooks fine. Could be flatter on the underside though as the pan wobbles around a bit in my gas hob.Otherwise does what it says on the tin.15/01/24Updated to note the excellent customer service received by the supplier. They responded to the review personally and went above and beyond to put things right. They have change label suppliers so that they won't stick anymore, and the slight wobble may well be down to how these are stored in the warehouse. Anyone buying from this company would not be disappointed.

There was an issue with my pan which they are fixing on future pans.The seller has been in contact since i left the original review. Fantastic service recovery.

Cooks very well and great size for four people with some starters. Get good socarrat and easy to clean.

I only bought it because its big enough to do large flatbreads in it.But it's not possible, it sticks on center, flatbread turned into charcoal very first try, on medium heat, in 2 minutes.I am still soaking it to clean it, but I think I'll just have to use something to scrape it off without damaging surface.So after this failed, I just cut the dough balls in half, and got my regular non-stick frying pan and fried my rest of the in 2 minutes/bread. Had a nice "kebab" (I used nice Serbian Cevapcici recipe) with flatbread and veg, every1 loved it except we were a bit short on bread, because the first 2 doughball turned out as a mess.Non-stick? 0/5 (100% sticks)So heat distribution? 1/5(center gets hot, the thing is bent like a Wok, it may work well on gas cooker, I got electric)Easy to clean? 1/5 (not easy I am still soaking it, burnt yesterday, I tried this morning and it still wont come off)I can't imagine how you cook anything in this without burning it...

La paellera es de buena calidad, temía que pudiera doblarse con las temperaturas pero nada de eso.Tras varios arroces puedo decir que salen muy buenos, aunque si es un poco pequeña para 4 personas, no porque no quepa, si no porque hay que abultar un poco el arroz y no se hace igual la parte de arriba que la de abajo, pero nada grave.Buena compra.

No entiendo las medidas en personas que se citan en las paelleras. Yo soy amante del arroz a banda, y esta paellera da para 5/6 personas como mucho.Por lo demás, es una paellera muy buena. Yo la uso al fuego de una barbacoa y va sensacional, calienta uniformemente y no se ralla, ni se quema, ni se oxida...De calidad
