It's silky soft...

I love this robe. I got it for the hospital after I have the baby. Unfortunately I cannot use the tie. I thought that I had purchased an XL but I purchased a large. It fits but I cannot close it. I hope it's just my belly we'll see. My husband loves it on me. He said I looked like a kept woman.
