No Break In Period!
I wore these the first day when I had to run around four units (Floors) in our hospital checking for violations. It was about a four hour period of almost constant walking. My feet felt better than they did when I put them on in the morning. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality.

Great shoes
Easily as comfortable as Mbt's or Sketchers Shapeups at much more reasonable cost. Have already purchased 2nd pair of Ryns shoes.

I now have three pair of these shoes and I really like them. They keep the weight off the heals and on the rest of the foot. Worth the investment.

Good alternative to MBT
Somewhat more stable than MBT and mid-sole seems better in wet condition. Korean sizes online seem to vary relative to USA or Europe. Do some cross checking with Ryn site as well as amazon size chart.

rocker shoes at a reasonable price
These shoes really helped the arthritis in my feet. I can walk around all day and not feel too sore. Comfortable as well.
