After one session, the band split. I maybe stretched past the maximum, so will only deduct two stars, but similar bands I have tried have been more robust.

This black band is about 40 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. It's extremely strong that requires a lot of effort to pull. I am currently using it for quad, hamstring, and leg extension workouts attached around my stationary bike. This allows me to simply put my foot into the band and start my reps without any strap attached. 3/12/22: Bought a second one, this time the blue one 50-120lb. I'm using it for some upper body workouts. Loved the first one above, the black one that's 2 years old, I use it 5 days a week for 2 years and it's still great. Great brand. Of course, I will buy another, I already bought two.

Works great! Use it for warming up, tied to my squat rack,my rotator cuffs, stretches, etc. Have used it numerous times and so far seems as sturdy as the first time I used it. Went ahead and bought the other 3 resistances.

Not resisting enough

Producto recomendado, de excelente calidad, la resistencia es la publicada. Llevo 3 meses usándola y no ha perdido resistencia.

The rubber is sticky, got stuck together. The 70lbs one I have is very good.

The resistance band ripped on first use.

Product arrived and the band was melted together. Not even usable.

The band was thicker and stronger than I expected whick I liked.
